Role-based permissions
Assigned roles determine which records and actions authorized users can access. A subscription plan does not grant unrestricted administrative privileges.
Access. Scope. Accountability.
Workforce information belongs in controlled workflows. BreakMetric combines assigned permissions, account safeguards and restricted administration to support responsible platform use.
Platform controls
These are platform capabilities, not a guarantee that every control is enabled for every account. Your rollout and assigned policies define their use.
Assigned roles determine which records and actions authorized users can access. A subscription plan does not grant unrestricted administrative privileges.
MFA setup, recovery and authorized reset workflows provide an additional account safeguard. The account's assigned policy governs protected access.
Authenticated workflows use organization and role context to control the records and operations available to the signed-in user.
The public site uses HTTPS and browser security headers, including Content Security Policy. Public product screenshots contain fictional demonstration data.
Account maintenance and platform oversight are subject to authorization. They are not open public dashboards or unrestricted customer access.
Sign-in, password recovery and session controls remain separate from the public presentation. Marketing pages do not expose employee records or account credentials.
A shared responsibility
Keep accounts individual, assign only necessary permissions and protect authentication factors. Review access when responsibilities change.
Discuss access policies, data handling, retention, incident communication, backups and support expectations as part of your deployment scope.
Specific certifications, contractual service levels or regulatory commitments must be supported and agreed explicitly; this overview is not a certification or a service-level agreement.
